YOUR ITEM GENERATOR
Give any item and any block a name of its own, a description in colour and any enchantments – from a sword to a dirt block. The preview shows the tooltip as in game, and you get the finished /give command.
Settings
Name
Leave empty to keep the normal name.
Description (lore)
Without the tick, lore lines are white and upright; parts with their own colour keep it.
Enchantments
The real enchantment stays on the item and works. Its tooltip line is hidden and replaced by your grey line – in game it looks like a real enchantment. Without it Minecraft shows levels above 10 as “enchantment.level.11”.
A command puts any enchantment on any item, with levels up to 255 – in game it only works where it belongs.
Extras
Items with durability (swords, tools, armour) only stack without durability – the command removes it and the item never wears out. Works from 1.20.5, for items with durability from 1.21.
Tooltip
Preview
–
This is how the item shows when you hover it in the inventory: the name in the colour of its rarity – one step rarer when enchanted –, enchantments in gray, curses in red, then your description. The game adds attack and armor values below.
Commands
/give
Puts the finished item into the inventory.
Command too long for chat? Here is how with a command block
- Chat only allows 256 characters. Longer commands are cut off when pasted and fail.
- Get a command block (Creative mode, cheats on):
/give @s command_block - Place it, open it with a right click, paste the copied command and click “Done”.
- Power it with a button or lever –
@pgives the item to the nearest player.
